At St. Timothy's we are pleased to offer Church School classes for young people of all ages. Formal instruction begins in the Toddler Room, for those who are ready,and continues through twelfth grade. Classes meet on Sundays from 9:25-10:15 am. Parents are asked to support consistent attendance, to share their own faith journeys with their children and to assist with other adults as needed in the Church School Program.
Registration:
Registration begins the first Sunday after Labor Day, with classes starting on the following Sunday. To receive a registration form at any time during the year, please call the office at 314-434-5906, or simply join us in class at 9:25 during the academic year.
Church School Program Description:
St. Timothy's uses age-appropriate curriculum designed to assist our children and those who work with them to live out their baptismal covenant. Through weekly attendance in Church School children will become familiar with the stories of the Holy Bible, the sacraments and traditions of the Church, The Book of Common Prayer, and how these relate to their own faith and daily lives. Leaders not only give of themselves on Sundays but also through time spent in planning, training, and thoughtful prayer.
