Reaching for the Stars Concert
Saturday, June 13, 2015
What is the event?
An outdoor evening of music, dancing, food, and socializing to raise funds for Magdalene House and St. Timothy's Outreach.
Who will fundraising benefit?
How would you like to be instrumental in enabling women to live free from abuse, addiction, and prostitution?
You could also fund micro loans to empower women around the globe to run their own businesses. St. Tim’s Social Justice Ministry makes loans and reinvests the funds that are paid back. The Hammer and Nails team builds a Habitat house each year. Teaching People to Fish offers tutoring at an inner city school and support for their teachers.
Reaching for the Stars is a fundraising event with music, food, and fellowship attached. 70% of funds raised will go to Magdalene House, the 2015 event designated non-profit, and 30% will be given to St. Timothy’s Outreach programs. On the evening of June 13, you will have the opportunity to discover more about these and more Outreach programs and to make donations to them.
Checks and credit cards will be gratefully accepted.

You’ll enjoy hearing St. Tim’s own Karen Sharp on vocals and trombone and Rick Sharp on trumpet.
