St Timothy’s Spring Fling will take place Saturday May 20th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the prayer garden. Channel your inner “flower child” and come dressed in your best 60’s-70’s outfit. There will be vintage music, libations and cheese, and a prize for the best costume! RSVP on the sign-up sheet in the gathering space or call the office at 314-434-5906. The Saint Timothy's Spring Car Wash will be taking place on Sunday, June 4 starting at 7:30 a.m. and continuing through the 10:45 a.m. service. There will be snow cones after the 9:00 a.m. service available. There is a rain out day scheduled for June 11. Please consider helping with the car wash! Pentecost Sunday is June 4, and as we all renew our baptismal vows, we would also like to celebrate our parishioners who were newly baptized, confirmed, or received into the Episcopal Church this Spring. Please join us for a cake reception after each service.

This Pulizer Prize-winning book is an imaginative and intricate novel inspired by the horrors of World War II and written in short, elegant chapters that explore human nature and the contradictory power of technology. The Choir of St. Timothy's will sing Evensong for the Feast of the Holy Trinity, Sunday, June 11 at 5:00 p.m. Join us for a contemplative evening worship service of music and readings. A festive reception will follow in the Gathering Space.
Movie Night at St. Tim’s will take place Friday, June 16. We will show the award-winning movie Race, the inspiring story of legendary Olympic athlete, Jesse Owens. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. and the movie will begin at 7:00 p.m. with popcorn and candy served. Sign-up in the Gathering Space or RSVP with the office.
Join the MORR team on Monday, June 19 at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the memoir: “South of Haunted Dreams” by Eddy L. Harris. Mr. Harris is a St. Louis native and graduate of St. Louis Priory high school. Join him as he travels South to challenge his assumptions about racism in the places where slavery and lynching and racial stereotypes linger around every corner. In thoughtful and deeply personal prose he faces his own anger and fear and creates a new paradigm in a consciousness-raising session on the conundrum of race relations.
Education and Spirituality
St. Timothy's Ministry on Racial Reconciliation meets on the first and third Mondays in the Parish Hall from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Bring a bag or box supper, dessert will be provided. All are welcome to observe or explore.

Parents of Younger Children Playgroup: Currently on hiatus 3rd Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. Parents of babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and elementary-age children meet to chat while the children play. Contact Heidi Clark (email).

Our 25-voice volunteer Choir provides musical leadership at the principal liturgy each week from September through June and on all major festivals and special celebrations. Meet in the Choir Room for rehearsals. Contact Mark Scholtz.
Guitar Players is a group that typically meets on the 1st Saturday of each month from 10:00-11:00 a.m. to play and sing songs we use for Family Worship, as well as other songs of interest. Anyone is welcome to join us for the rehearsal (with no obligation to play on Sunday). Our songs are typically simple and would be a great way for someone who only knows a few chords to practice and learn more. The next rehearsal is March 5 at 10:00 a.m. in the choir room. Lunch Bunch 4th Sunday after the 10:45 a.m. Worship Service (Sept-May)
On the 4th Sunday of the month, St. Tim’s “Lunch Bunch” meets at a nearby restaurant for lunch after the 10:45 a.m. church services. We would love to have you join us. It’s perfect if you are a newcomer, or would simply like to get to know others from St. Tim’s. Please sign up on the bulletin board in the Gathering Space.
Daytimers-- Parishioners and their friends explore local areas of interest, meeting at church to carpool together. They usually have lunch together near the location they visit. All are welcome. Sign-up sheets are in the gathering space.
Thursday Yoga is back. The 8:30 a.m. class is for all levels. The 9:40 a.m. is a gentle/chair yoga class. Neither class require previous yoga experience. Each class is an hour long and taught by Christy Hayes. Please contact her with questions.
